IT IS SHOWN THAT ENTIRE PACKAGE IS FREE FOR TRIAL. FOR IDENTITY VERIFICATION THE SITE ASKED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I HAVE FILLED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS. SUDDENLY THEY HAVE DEBITED 57$ (3477 INR). IN THE MAIL I RECEIVED IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED THAT I CAN CANCEL ORDER BY SENDING MAIL TO [email protected], SO IHAVE SENT A MAIL TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND THE MONEY. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE SITE. ALSO THEY MENTIONED A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR SUPPORT (+18668871995). NO ONE IS PICKING THE CALL

- I faced the same issue.. but in my case charges are $79. I have called them twice and requested them for cancellation. Today I received a mail from [email protected] that the refund is processed and will be credited in the account in 5 business working days. Hoping for the best now.
