I was offered 373.00 for an ipad air 5th generation used less than 2 weeks, still had plastic film on it. I had used this company twice in the past and was happy with the results so I didn't do any checks on them. They use the bait and switch tactic.

Received an email from them Friday night saying they would put 59.00 into my paypal account, no explanations of why such a drop in price!

I called repeatedly the next 2 days, just kept getting a recorded message saying they were closed, call on Monday. I sent several emails, they were replied to, but again..said call on Monday.

I called today after being put on hold for 30 minutes. Finally transferred to purchasing manager. He said that my ipad was scratch and the home button didn't work right (Outright lies). I demanded my ipad back, he said it had already "Been processed" and he couldn't get it back. I said I had tried all weekend to call, he said they were there 24/7. Another lie. He said in the time that I had sent the item, the value had depreciated...lie upon lie upon lie! He then offered me another 140.00 since I was a former customer. How could he suddenly do that?? He said 200.00 will be put into my paypal account tomorrow. I doubt it. I am out a 400.00 device. I have contacted the local BBB, all websites I can think of to report this, the FTC and will also contact the Nevada Attorney General. I wish I had checked this company out...there are HUNDREDS of complaints on them!
