I ORDED UGG BOOT AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY ARE FAKES IN A PLASTIC BAG AND THE STITCHING IS COMING OUT ON THE BACK. I HAE EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR PICTURES OF EVIDENCE AND THEY WILL TRY AND SOLVE IT. I HAVE NOTICED I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON BEN SCAMMED BY THIS BUT IT NEEDS TO STOP !!!!

Yes i have the very same problem from www.uggmall.com.au
My "ugg" boots arrived today 10-11-11 in a battered box, clear plastic bags and a faint trade mark certificate.
I ordered The Bailey Button, they are in very poor quality, the stitching is untidy, the sheepskin is only lined (very thin) the insoles are not detachable like real uggs and nor do they say ugg on the insoles. Even the UGG button isnt real!
My biggest problem is that the website no longer lets me connect.
I had bought them out of my birthday money for £84.00. What a waste of money. They are nothing but criminals, taken our money.
