My husband and I sent them $7400 as down payment on a home,that ended up being sold to someone else,when I asked for a refund they said it would take 15 days..20 days later I called to find out where it was and they just kept putting me off..I have never recieved my refund.We spoke with the FBI,they even came to our house and took down all our information and copies of our contract and they informed us they were working on prosecuting them but not everyone would recieve their money back due to their assets not totalling what they stole from people..I haven't heard anything since then and Anthony Podias is still selling houses through his company LI Dreanmhomes
