What a P.O.S. After what was to be a simple pdf download, I now have 5 extra programs, can't access my regular browser, C.P.U. is A.F.U., and the "techs" are not only nearly unintellegable, but seemed to be as much in the dark as I. Today is 11/16 2014, and I'm no closer to getting the problem resolved as I was on 11/05/2014. Please inform the B.B.B. and the F.T.C or the F.C.C. (whomever handles tis kind of scam. These guys suck!! Save your money and your sanity.
