Mistakenly ordered a trial cream pack costing £4.98 postage. Immediately mailed them to cancel order and close account. They accepted cancelation of my account, but the unwanted order arrived a few days later. Unable to get any sense out of them on the phone, I mailed again telling them I would return the trial order package. They mailed back assuring me that if I did this, I would receive a full refund of all my costs. It cost me £2.80 to return the unopened package, but now they are telling me that under their Terms and Conditions, they do not refund any postage costs. This is in spite of their previous promise that they would do so. They currently owe me at least £2.80, but they won't pay up. They have all my credit card details, so I fear what this bunch of sharks will do with it. They've already had £7.78 off me, without parting with any goods. This is a lot of money to me.
