I signed up and gave my credit card information not knowing that I was going to be charged $99. They said that it was for a bid package that I had to buy. Nothing said anything about having to buy anything!! This is a scam!!!

- LYNN, PLEASE READ MY LASTEST REPORT TO SEE HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK. I ADMIT NO ONE ELSE HAS REPORTED GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK BUT YOU'LL SEE MINE WAS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. THEY CLAIM NO REFUND POLICY, OFFER YOU "FREE" BIDS FOR YOUR "CONFUSION", CUSTSERV IS A JOKE!!! THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND AND A COUPLE HOURS LATER E-MAILED ME TO SAY NO REFUNDS. THEY JUST MADE ME SOOO MAD --- JUST STEALING FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS. DON'T GIVE UP! SUZI

go to the ftc's link below and submit your complaint. i did. my credit card company sided with bidrack at first, but i submitted my exchange of messages with bidrack as proof that there was something wrong from the very start. i also told them that there are hundreds of complaints in scambook.com. so after 2 weeks, i got my $99 back from my credit card company ;)
