I added some money to my Solid Trust Pay account so that I could fund something in the US. The company that I wanted to fund uses other people but I had an account with Solid Trust Pay so I used them. I had forgotten my secondary account and I had moved IP addresses so got into a muddle with that. All of a sudden my account became suspended! No help so that I can get it unsuspended just suspended. They sent me a very unhelpful page of words which basically said why. I am not reading that rubbish. I have raised a ticket but this still has not been addressed and I can't see a way of getting it addressed as their chat is offline. I notice that they don't have very good reviews and am wondering if I should open an account with Payza or Perfect Money instead

- STPay has very strong global security measures in place. If, while trying to change your secondary password, you enter wrong security information, the account is automatically suspended in case it is not YOU that is trying to change things! From this complaint, we cannot determine who you are. It is easy to get your account unsuspended. As you have indicated that you have sent in a ticket but were not happy with the response, please either post the ticket # here or call our office directly and advise them of the ticket number so that you can be helped directly.
