I did put an add for the sale of Ipad air on 25th of Nov 2014. This girl named Ernela first contacted me through email stating she could not reach me by phone as she is working off shore and can only communicate via email.

She offered to buy my item bby paying via paypal however I told her I dont have a paypal account and she asked me for my bank details to transfer the monies and then she sent me a fake paypal confirmation email saying she has sent me the funds and the funds were temporarily frozen until I can pay the £200 to the courier company for the shipping and handling of my Ipad and the courier company has a UK based bank account and named business.

The agent mentioned on the email was :

She also scanned a copy of a passport and emailed this to me, this caused concern as no one would send sensitive personal documentation such as a passport to a random seller on ebay.
