I order 2 free samples of 813 ageless eye trial and also 819 derma youth pro trial.
I received the 2 samples at a cost of £2.99 and £2.95 for the postage and packaging
1 of the samples had already opened and was half empty.
2 weeks later 2 amounts, £79.95 and £75.95 was taken out of my account. There was no return address for these samples to be returned and definitely not worth this amount of money - in fact I would not have paid even £10 for both samples. I have tried to ring this company but they refuse to refund the money and did not supply me with an address to return the samles (they were free samples.
Could I please get help to have my money returned to me as I had no intention of paying that amount of money for any type of cosmetics never mind 2 tiny samples.
