I thought I was doing this online, or having its register online, you know how they made you pay up front, I even read the policy carefully. Here is the thing, once you put in your credit card and such, you thought you already paid for it, but no choice to keep going foward. I thought the whole time I was doing this online its was plan and simple, what you are doing is you are filling out the PDF file which can be download from USCIS for free, and its will cost $159 to print out the PDF file. Well I call them and they were rude, they said they offer 50% refund, I am like uh no I wanted full refund, they can refund whatever they like, I read online, some guys get full refund, some get even $100 refund etc.

I told them I will just contact my credit card, well I did get my money back, guess what THEY DID. THEY CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD ALSO, and PRETEND TO BE ME, WHY? they have our INFORMATION. YOU not only lose $159, but you are giving out your information to a 3rd party MEXICAN COMPANY. THEY TOLD MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY that they ACKNOWLEDGE the authorize. THIS make me think, they are capable go as far as steal your taxes refund, get new credit card on you so on.
