Lumisse Super Revitalizing Serum - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a "sample" of Lumisse cream after seeing a TV commercial. The cost was shipping only, for $4.95. I put it on my credit card. Today (12-1-14) I rec'd a 2nd bottle - one that I did not order. There was no invoice in the box, no company name (just "Fulfillment Center, P.O. Box 30816, Salt Lake City, UT 84130"). There is no phone number I can call. There is no company with this name listed on the internet. I have no way to stop future shipments. So, I pulled up my credit card statement and discovered that they have billed me 3 times for $89.85. I didn't realize this was happening until I rec'd a 2nd bottle today - still "sample size". I was billed for my "free sample" back in August, 2014 and I thought that was the end of it. Now I find out that they have billed my credit card 3 times @ $89.85 and, since the sample bottle in August, I have only rec'd on other bottle. FRAUD!! I never ordered these after I tried the sample, and I have no way to cancel the billing on my credit card. I have paid for 2 bottles I never rec'd! My bank recommended that I cancel my credit card, because Lumisse was about ready to bill me again (that would have been $360!!! Tomorrow I am going to the Post Office to report this company as fraudulent and I am filing a complaint with my credit company hoping to have these charges reversed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
