Have gone through any paperwork I could find on this order from Nulexa.
I have been extremely ill and lost touch with this situation until now. I do not want this product...it will do me know good unless you want to send it to me in the next life.
Charge in May 2014 was for $4.95 and I'm assuming that was the first....the paperwork indicates $89.97 monthly charges followed. At this time I have not determined from what account these charges were taken. Further investigation pending.
I will be calling some numbers I got off the paperwork. Some return addresses were from:

I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING THIS PRODUCT AT MY HOME.
