I was on the internet when a pop up come up to answer a survey. So I did, the it said please help us do this survey and we will send you a pair of earring for the shipping price of $5.99. So I thought ok I can do this. There was a section that said Satisfaction Guarentee, it did not say terms and condition anywhere. And the Guarentee was in white lettering and really deceptive. Now they they took $98.00 out of my account because they said it was a 14 day trail. Now not of that was in big black letters like the other stuff was. I'm not the only person they have done this to, the women I talked to on the phone told I was not the first to complain about this. So I sent them a email and they still refuse to send me my money back. I told them I would send back there earring that are cheap and I could get at Walmart for $5.00. They are cheap and not even the ones they showed that would be sent to me. I know I should know better than to get mixed up with anything on the internet but I thought it was a good company and they would stand behind there Satisfaction Guarentee. I'm very upset about this.
