International boundaries
Company who pick up second hand laptops for a value. They collect the laptop very quickly but after that it all goes down hill. Their contact details do not work, false advertising on their website, dire customer reviews who all experience the same thing - no money, no contact or anything. They have my laptop and will not return it or send any money.
