They never fully explained what they were going to do or how they were going to do it. They never said that they were going to create a new website for our company. Once we signed their contract, they created this generic page. We have our own website that is what we needed the SEO for. I called, and was told basically To bad this is how we do it, you signed our contract and you are going to like it, we will not do what you want only what we want. I emailed X2 and phone calls X2. Plus absolutely nothing changed with our search engine results while they were "working" on it. Horrible Company!
