My complaint is similar to the others against this company. However, when I called the company to dispute the charge, after waiting an extremely long time on hold, when I began to explain my situation to the representative, she hung up on me!! Fortunately, I reported it to my credit card company, and they are crediting the charge back to me and handling the situation for me with Nuvalift, so I won't be getting any more charges.
