I ordered this in April however I cancelled it within an hour with my credit card after ordering it. I told them that since I renegged the charge I would return the product. When it arrived, I returned it to sender. At the time they didn't accept it but i didn't realize it because i wasn't at home and it stayed at the post office. Because i didn't keep the mailing number or the ups number, the credit card recharged me. After several months of talking to the credit card company and Alleure I found the product at the post office. Alleure gave me a return number to send it back to them and get a refund, after I did, they would not give me a refund. They said that they had already given me a refund, which they had originally when I renegged the charge, but they got it back when I couldn't produce the mailing numbers,, so I still don't have a refund.
