Promise of free sample turned into a membership (I did not want one)with future shipments totaling over $200 each and charged to my Visa card.I told customer agent no way I could afford that, did not order it, and she told me they would have to have samples back by Monday, Jan 5th because my Visa card would be charged on 01-06-15. I returned samples overnight Priority Mail to be delivered by 12:00pm 12/30/14 to above address.I can't be sure company will stop sending products and also cancel membership. Customer Service is 1-800-564-1623 under name of Foresight Media

Billing says "packed by Fullfillment Services on behalf of Foresight Media". Seems they have more than one company name. Dr. Oz endorsed this?
