I was on their variable monthly plan for natural gas. Recently the gas price has come down by about 30% already, but they raised my spot rate by 16% in one month. I am trying to get out of their plan, but the switch over will take about 3 months, so I am stuck with the high rate.
It is not worth it, dont switch to Gateway!
