After using their "free" service for a year with no problem, I renewed their service for $39.99. I continued to receive notices that my service had lapsed even tho they had charged my account. I called their customer service & they told me the problem was my computer & I foolishly gave them permission to look at it. They said they could fix the problem for $120 & I instantly realized I was being scammed. I had to call my computer service to come and look at my computer & it was loaded with over 1,000 virus which I am convinced came from them. Cost me $90 to clean my computer & finally Avast was installed. Within a month I received another warning I had no coverage even tho they had my $39.99. I wanted no more to do with them and switched to Norton and cancelled my Avast coverage. Now, 3 months later they deducted another $39.99 (unauthorized) from my account although I no longer have an account with them. I will go to the bank and try to resolve this - this could go on indefinitely - I will probably have to change by credit card number to get rid of them. This is definitely a SCAM!
