I ordered three tickets for Wicked in Detroit for December 21 on December 13. I received a call the day of the eventing stating the ticket office would not work with a third party vendor. Well I can see why now and how many vendors can there be?
They stated they could not get me the tickets I needed to go to the box office and get purchase new tickets. They stated they would refund my money. I waited five days due to the holidays, still not refund. I have called four times since, and I was told it was due to the holidays. I called American Express and the BBB and now I will be calling my attorney. I am sure I will pay more in attorney fees but at this point is it just principal.
