I was on the internet at the local library in Valier Montana on the 5th day of December 2014. Catching up with e-mails and old friends on Face book and yahoo. I saw a Free trial to Aloevella Wrinkles cream and OEL Luxoderm for fifteen day free trial and all i had to pay was shipping and handling. 4.95 for the Aloevella wrinkles and 2.40 for the OEL Luxoderm. I read through all the testamonial of all the satisfied people. Which did nothing but rave about how well product worked. The order form on the final cost said that my bank card would be charged twice 4.95 and 2.45 total of 7.40 for shipping and handling.It also told me my order would arrive in 3 days. I checked the post office the following 12/11/2014 and package was not their. then i checked the post on Saturday the 12/13/2014 package still not their.I checked with post master and she said the package went out and went from Fed EX to post office but still was not in office.I continued to check mail every couple of days. Calling conmpany to see where it was and get tracking numbers. Finely on 12/19/2014 i checked post and found a single box for the product.I took two slim 1x3 and two 2x2 boxes out of larger box. Read instruction on both products and started to use it that night. on 12/29/2014 i called bank account to check on account status i found that my bank account had been hit with ampel overdraft charges and a 99.90 fee for Aloe wrinkless cream.i called my financhel instution and the bank representitve told me where the account had been sent in to deffacit. My bank card was seised 99.90 on 12/23/2014 which caused a ton of overdraft fees when all of my checks came through bank.I got the information from the bank and i called the conmpany I asked the girl who,s name was Becca what was the deal and i told her i never agreed to a 99.90 charge for the product.She read me something and said it was only a free trial for 15 days but i only got four days to try it befor they charged my bank card. she said that the ad was missleading and she said that she knew it wasent right and when she talked to them they refused to do any thing about fixing the problem. when i asked her if they were going to re emburse me for all the damage she said i would get a refund of the 99.90 if i sent product back. but as for all the feas to sweet talk my bank and maybe they could do something to help me out. she gave me instructions on how to ship back product and. told me to have a nice day. I had to pay the expence of shiping handling both ways and the humilityation of picking up checks which should not of bounced with the bank and the retailer.My account in no longer in good standing and my credit with bank and retailers ruiend. I have verry little to live off every month and i feel that it all be rembursed and public apoligys made.( Not only is this fals advertising but a Major scam,) And if their are people who have not said anything or those who did and nothing has been done please contact me. or get me a blog adress so i can blog with all who want to make a difference.
