I ordered a (was under the impression)sample 30 day supply of a hair restorer for my wife who is losing her hair little by little on 12/25/2014 for 4.95 shipping which was received and if recall the site, practially guaranteed proper results. Which I might add, did nothing for her hair. 1/8/2015 when I was paying my credit card bill, noticed a charge for 87.47 from this same co., which I did not authorize. Found out that it was to be a reoccuring charge each month. Called the co., spoke to Jeff 35509 (who wouldnt reveal his last name, only a employee number)(he says)) and we discussed this charge and future charges. He would not refund this amount but agreed to refund 1/2 of the charge. I told him to stop all future charges and to refund me the 87.47, he wouldnt do that. So am writing a letter this date to again request reversl of the charges and to stop all future Charges, for whatever good that will do.
