I have ordered the shoes online for $139.00 those shoes was damaged and impossible to wear them so I had to return them, they wanted to refund me just $60, I have disagreed and asked for full refund, They agreed to pay back $125. So I accepted, But it passed more than two months when they confirmed that the money has been transferred and they told that it will take from 10-30 working days to receive money, it passed more than that and now they don't respond to me the contact number that has been given is not working. This is one of the emails has been sent from them:
