Ordered a Aloevella Luxoderm Cream off internet (advertised on Facebook) was suppose to be free shipping/handling, free 30 day trial, etc. etc., received package yesterday with 2 jars of cream and another package with 2 tubes of cream saying they only work when used together. Began to read more about this shipment and it states my credit card will be charged 15 days from "order date". So in other words there wasnt a free 30 day trial. I called to cancel "membership" and request RMA # to return the products. Today being only the 12th I told them I'd overnight my shipment so that I shouldnt be charged by the 15th. The man on the phone said he could not guarantee I wouldnt be charged but I should receive my refund. After reading more on the internet I found that of course this is a scam and people are not receiving their refunds. I then called my credit card company and I had multiple transaction charges on day of order to this company of .4 cents and .7 cents and .6 cents from a foreign company. I explained to my credit card company what was happening and what my research had found. They immediately canceled my card so these theives could not touch me again. I should have known better. It is a scam people!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE I DID.
