Today, two people came up to my car claiming they could fix my bumper for cheap. One of them was Johnny and the other was Paul. They claimed they worked for Tony's Auto Repair and even had the outfit. Just like a previous complaint on this site, Johnny said he could fix my bumper for 560 and I told him I was a student on a budget so I lowered it to 440. They said I needed to make a initial payment of 25 dollars so I did. Then they started operating on my vehicle even though I was hesitant. They said I did not need to pay if I was not satisfied with the job. Although they fixed the bumper, it looks extremely unfinished. They simply sprayed some cheap paint over the "hard cream" they used. I did not know I had to pay them when they were finished and then Johnny claimed he had kids to feed and he would be fired if I did not pay him. ALL OF THIS IS A LIE. MAKE NO MISTAKE. I asked him for his phone number and he gave me someone else's but I found that out too late or I wouldn't be in this mess. I want them to be caught ASAP.
