I ordered their trial samples off an ad on Facebook, NO mention of being charged if not contacted within 14 days. Product was received on 12/31/14 and my credit card charged on 12/31/14 for $93.00 (disputed w/Credit card) and now I find out charged again on 1/5/15 $105.95 and 1/21/15 $99.00. No invoice or any information regards contacting them or items would be billed and new shipped. I have cancelled my charge card and through them contacted both divisions. They are only willing to reimburse 1 charge out of 3!!!! I just found several web sites with hundreds of complaints on this company and their practices.
