I placed the order for five Rejuvalash products at $33.00 each. $165.00 was removed from my card, as it should have been, then I noticed a $17.00 fee. I have no idea what that is for. I did not receive the products after almost two weeks. I emailed the company asking them to cancel the order then refund my money because I no longer wanted the product and felt I had been charged $17.00 with out an explanation for the charges. I was told they had experienced a delay in shipment and would send products right away. I sent another email asking them to keep their product and refund my money. I received an email stating they would give me a 30% discount. I emailed that that is not acceptable, refund all of my money. Then I received an email stating when they get the product back, they will refund. I emailed stating I had not received a product to return to them, how can I send something back that I have not received? They sent me that email at least three more times then stopped responding to my requests. There is no number to reach them.
