Same here. What an unscrupulous company. I was looking for a book. Http://www.pdfspath.net/get/3/certified_revenu_cycle_specialist_study_guide.pdf. I was told that I can signup for free to get the book. The credit card enter would be only used for verification. I signup and they charge me a $1 for membership trial. I am thinking to myself "nothing free in the world". So what the heck, $1 to get the info I wanted. But, I get in, the book doesn't even exist. They don't even have it. When I try to cancel, there is a $1 cancellation fee. So basically, I am charge for nothing. A waste of my time. And worst of, now, I have to keep an eye on my credit card so I don't get charge for something else.
