I clicked on the free trial button on the internet when it came up entered up to my name and number and then decided against it. I later received a phone call from someone representing Garcinia and asked me if I would like a free trial. He said all it would cost would be $6.99 for shipping alone. I then told him I would order it if all my info would be deleted immediately. She reassured me of this several times. I did receive the product in late november and on december 25th we saw a charge from our visa card coming out. When I called and expalined that I had no idea about cancellation etc. the representative told me he understood but could only refund me half of the amount they took unless I shipped the product back to them and then would be refunded everything. I did the same day. To this day I haven't received my money back.
