I ordered a free sample of diet supplement in December 2014 they arrived and I tried them, they didnt work as expected. I then received another 2 bottles of pills on 11th Feb 2015 which I hadn't ordered with an invoice for a staggering £177.58. I checked my bank account and then realized that Nutralogistic had taken 6 payments from my account under the names Nutra and Descriptor with an address London SW19 2GB the total amount take from me is now £532.74 without my authorization. I have e mailed the customer services department at Nutralogistic on [email protected] and asked for my money back but I have yet to receive a reply. I also have a return label with the delivery but i will have to pay to mail it back to Florida which I am loathed to do as I have already lost so much. Can you please help me
