Requested to answer a questionairre emailed to me and given a choice of 2 of several "gifts" to receive for price of postage only. Selected 2 creams HydrellaTone and ReLift on the 1st of February. Agreed postage amount taken out of my account on the 2nd February by acctsupport.co. Since then four other unauthorised sums have been taken 1.79usd and 1.95usd on the 2nd of February2015 which I didn't challenge as they were so small but 89.90usd on the 16th February and 88.63 usd on the 18th Februry 2015. Received the two jars on the 16th February but thankfully didn't open them as I discovered the missing money (embarrassingly when my card was refused at a petrol station) on the 18th . Contacted their support helpline to say I was returning the products and wished all monies be refunded to me. "Anne" told me they didn't accept returns and gave me a phone number to ring.She tried to tell me that I had signed up to an ongoing agreement to purchase these products monthly which I didn't and was never offered. They were "gifted" to me for the price of postage for answering their questionnairre. Don't know if I will phone as it will cost me more money.
