I called to order their free trial and was led to believe all I was paying for was the shipping and handling. However, a month later a charge for $97.88 shows up on my credit card bill. I called in to complain and as several others have said, I was treated very badly. The customer service representative was rude and biligerent. He argued with me and constantly interrupted me. He was very ugly. I thought he hung up on me so I called back. The next person I spoke with, while not openly hostile, was just as rude and discourteous. Basically, he told me "too bad", the "fine print" is there on the website and I agreed to it. I went back to the website and looked. Under Sastifaction Guarantee, not under any terms and conditions section, is the fine print saying that if you don't call and cancel your order within 10 days, you are charged $97.88 and automatically enrolled in their club membership for many months with additional monthly charges. I had no idea I was agreeing to this. Basically I feel like I was deceived and defrauded. Their website is misleading and their claim that the "free trial offer" is expiring is patently false. So be warned, the offer is not free. You end up paying for the full purchase price of the trial offer if you do not take the burden upon yourself to call and cancel and get instructions on how to send the product back. A total scam as far as I am concerned.
