I have been "scammed by Genie Bra" and wish to assert that the company is in the business of fraudulent use of credit cards. After seeing an infomercial for the bras I went online and "contemplated" ordering the bras. In the end I decided -- "no, I don't want to do this" and I pushed CANCEL. Very definitely pushed cancel (which in my mind means - No thank you, do not process order, etc). The company sent the six bra's anyway even though I pressed cancel and did not authorize Genie bra to send the bras. The bra's were delivered in a plastic bag that would cost the company about $5 to ship. They assessed approximately $26 in shipping fees. I phoned today to get a return authorization number and spoke with "Michelle" - Employee M51 who I could barely understand. She tried every trick in the book to get me to keep the bra's. When I explained over and over that I pushed CANCEL and did not ultimately order nor authorize the shipment and wished a full refund - she simply kept saying that I ordered the bra's. Finally and MOST ABSURDLY she acknowledged that "even if you press Cancel" we still ship them - which is a complete admiral that Genie bra is in the business of using people's credit cards fraudulently. Do not buy from this company. File a complaint against them with the better business bureau of Connecticut where they do business.
