i want to study architecture in Canada, and while doing a research about the paper work i will need to submit i cane across this website. i was sure they are official Canadian agency.
so i submitted my contact details. after about 30 min they called me and started to asked questions about me in order to see if i fit the student visa requirements. by the end of the call the asked for my credit card details in order to proceed with the process. i gave them the details and that was it. as i was keep browsing their website i realized that this is a private agency/company and not an official Canadian agency. i dont know if it is me who missed that info or not, but i decided that i prefer to deal with a lawyer and not a company.
i contact their customer support and asked to cancel my payment.
after about 25 min on the phone talking with few representatives and managers, the agreed to cancel my payment and refund the money.
i think that these kind of agencies are intentionally relay on people like myself not to note that they are private companies and not official agencies.
