I had My payroll direct deposited on my "WALMART" card...it expired in Jan 2015, I baught another card to have my direct deposit put on, BUT it went to the card that had expired, I called THAT card and was informed the money was sent back to my employer, after a week of searching it hadnt appeared, so I called the card agian and NOW it said I had a Balance of 654.00 on it BUT I couldnt get it because no one owuld accept the expired card...SOMEHOW I ACUTALLY got to talk to a person and was informed they would be mailing me a paper check, and that any other kind of transfer of funds wasnt possible, was informed it would take 2 weeks....called card agian said the check was mailed 2-23-15...as of 3-4-15 NO CHECK!!!!!
ALL AUTOMATED NO HUMAN 2 HUMAN contact....THE GOVERMENT NEEDS TO STEP IN AND SEE WHY THESE PEOPLE AT GREEN DOT CAN PLAY WITH OTHER PEOPLES MONEY!!!! SOME OF US LIVE PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK AND NOT GETTING ONE PUTS YOU IN A BAD SPOT!!!
