I ordered pure garcina elite sample on Jan 20, 2015 and expected to pay for postage of $4.99. On Feb. 2 & 3 I wasI charged $87.90 and $86.41. I called a number which was supposed to be customer service on Feb. 20,2015. They told me that i had to order 2 more bottles, but when I received them immediately return the package and mark return to sender. When they received the return package, I would be refunded my money from the first order and I would not be charged for the second order, except for a restocking fee of $10.00. I was told not to open the package. When I received the package I called customer service again to confirm what I was supposed to do. I then saw that I was charged again, another $87.90 and $86.41, for the second pkg. The customer service I talked to said they were a third party who handled these problems. To this day no money has been returned. There are 2 customer service
places 888-662-6360 called BMI Shape up and Body Delight at 1800-309-8590. They have the same info on both their computers. The product was no good.
