They contacted me and said I did not renew my license for my service and they were taking on microsoft customers because they do not service computors anymore. It was an emergency because I had been hacked and It was a short time left before the hacker would have all my information. I fell for it and it cost me 177.78. In February they called again and said the same thing when I mentioned that they told me I would not be hacked again the first time they told me that was anti-virus that I need anti-hacking now so this cost me 217.78 plus a charge from a bank of 7.20. total 402.75. Now they call every 15 days to see if the computer is running ok They already told me I was set for life even if I bought a new computer. I am waiting another six months I will probably here from them again with another problem I will have to pay another who knows amount.I let them do this because they scared me the first time then they know how to get in you computer and cause problems so they can make more money off you. Hostage!
