I ordered a trial size of as advertised online for only cost of shipping and handling....did not see anything in the ad that said I would be billed approx. $100 on my credit card every month for another "shipment"! As with any product, if I liked it, I would reorder on my own. We live on a minimal pension, and no way can we afford this amount every month, for that small amt. of product. This has happened to me in the same time frame from two other "cream" orders, and I cancelled the future orders and will be getting a refund on the last order, which has not even arrived yet, but has been deducted from my credit card. I was given a return to sender number to write on the unopened package and was told as soon as the company receives the package, my money will be refunded.....let's hope at least those companies are being truthful. As far as derma-rejuvenate is concerned, they refuse to return my monies even though I said I would return their package, unopened, directly from the post-office! I feel as if I've been scammed? Will never accept any trial offers online again!
