I applied for a payday loan and started having .05-then .01, then .03 and finally 30.00 taken from my account, they did put the money back, but I didn't have money in the bank at that time and it costs me 90.00 in overdraft fees. It was unauthorized, I never saw anything like this when applying for the loan.My bank said they could not waive the charges because it was not their fault.When I contacted 123wagespayday loan, they claim to know nothing about these fees.I called Fund Assurance and they claimed that some payday loan used them and I was approved for 100, 200, or 300 $ and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the loan,I told them h### no! Why would you think,....at that point they hung up on me.Some thing is terribly wrong here and evn though I got the 30.09 cent back, I still have to pay those bank fees What can be done? I"m not going to stop until I find out and hope I can sue the hell out of them
