They do their best in appearance so that you think you're paying the US Government for a Visa application, when in reality you're just paying a ridiculous amount of money to download forms that are available for free on the official US Government website. Then, they make it really hard for you to contact them and complain. This website is a complete fraud and the fact that it pops in first on Google search is very scary.
