Hi two weeks ago I took a free trial of their products (garcinia cambodgia and cleanse) and then (one week ago) I called to cancel subscription, they even called me back to offer me other products and I said no. now when I call to their customer service they said it's not in the system, I don't have an email confirmation because it were not send to me. I don't have an email confirmation either for the purchases that have been done yesterday, I knew it when I checked my credit card account.That is their mistake and I want to be refunded 100% and not 50%. there's two email confirmation missing but the money was taken. I called twice and they told me a supervisor was about to call me back... i had the worst service at the phone, I know my english is not that clear but they hanged the phone and were very rude.

Now I have a cancel confirmation without the proof of my refund and when I call they say i'll receive an email confirmation of the transaction but there's no email confirmation either. (now there's 199,99$ missing)
