They sent me an email through Career Builders.com offering an employment opportunity. The individual went by the name of Luis Gerard. The offer was simple. Pick up items ( i pads ) at different Walmarts around Miami. Ship these items with shipping labels they provided. The agreement was, he would pay $500.00us for a weeks' work, plus $75.00us for every pick up done within the first week of notification. First pick up order was 10/17/2011, to pick up 6 items. I picked up and shipped the 6 items with in the first week. .I was told i would receive payment for the first order on 11/2/2011. when i didn't receive the payment, i made an inquiry. He apologized for the delay and told me a check was being sent from the main office on 11/2/2011, and i would receive it in 3 to 4 business days. He even gave me a USPS tracking number (EC 705 171 995us). (which i couldn't track at all). The total for the first order was $1,700.00us, $1,250.00us for 2 and a half weeks of work, plus $450.00us for the 6 pick ups. I was notified of the second shipment on 10/30/2011. This time it was 14 items (I Pads as well). Between 10/30/2011, and 10/31/2011 i picked all 14 items and proceeded to ship them as well, on 11/2/2011. The total for the second order was supposed to be $1,550.00us. $500.00us for the week of work, plus $1,050.00us for the 14 items being picked up and shipped within the week. I notified them with the shipment confirmation and was told to look out for the next order.
On 11/3/2011 i continued to track the Express mail, but had no luck with it. USPS could not even confirm picking up the item. I immediately started emailing Mr Gerard, but to no avail. He did not answer any of my emails. I tried emailing the so call HR and Administration departments, but got no response. That's when i realized I GOT SCAMMED.
Hope you can help all of us that went into this venture with the hope of having a job during these hard times, but got robbed instead. Pray it doesn't happen to anyone else.

  • EXACT same thing happened to me here in Northern California. walmarts, iPads, iPod Touches, etc. Once I asked for my monthly wages, no response from Luis Gerard or Gerard Lelann at their "HR-Department". Please spread the word about these jerks! Lelitranse (a.k.a. Rabus Business Group too) are ripping us off & getting our technology products shipped outside the U.S. They're probably using stolen cards for the transactions too.
