I am hopeful but still trying to contact Stanley to repair items in my home. I paid in full for the gold plan. What I was told was covered and how it was covered was not articulated in the contract. They changed the contract that was sent to me. When I phone to put in a claim the phone rings and eventually I am cut off. When I put the claim in on paper it returns back denied.
