Like other people I sent for a free sample for $1.95c I got the free sample, but have just looked at our account and see they have taken $89.45C OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT. I have had no e mails from them, asking if I required any more neither have I received any for the money they have taken out. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to pay this sort of money. I consider that it is like they have 'stolen' our money. I have e mailed and told them I shall report them to Fair Trading and to the newspapers and television if they do not return my money, but I have had to change my credit card and will never give it to them again, so have asked for a cheque. I bet we never hear from them again BUT I shall not give in and hope everyone who has been scammed by them will join me and others till there is enough of us to get something done about this Company.
