I had the free version of Slimcleaner, and after a few months the applications displayed a message, that it could not clean all problems unless I purchased SlimCleaner Plus.
Since they advertised a 60 day money back guarantee, I purchased the product in good faith. Huge mistake!
The program infected my Windows PC with trojan viruses, malware, and kept installing applications I did not want.
Called the customer service number they provided, and it turned out to be a third party company in India. They did not even try to help, instead kept trying to get me to buy their services, and to be allowed to connect to my PC.
After not allowing access to my PC, I was told to "Keep on smiling," and was disconnected.
It took me three days, operating Windows in safe mode, and no internet connection, in order to clean up their mess.
They are neither interested in good customer service nor in refunding one's money.
Definitely Buyer Beware!
