My wife had a frozen screen on her MacAir with a phone number to call to unfreeze and fix the problem. She called 800 786 1509 and "Steve" told her he represents Apple and would fix the problem for $. Total ripoff to hack someones computer then charge to unpack. We rooted and problem solved.
