We bought a 2015 Mesa Ridge by Open Range May 2015 . Because of exstensive rains at local lakes and parks we had not been able to take the trailer out to familiar ourselves workings of the trailer. When we first saw the trailer the doir was hard to close. Dealer said to slam it. On our first outing we have been unable to close and lock the doir from the inside, lock defective. And we assume incorrectly during the make ready process that the central air would be checked for both heating and cooling. The front air conditioner does not cool. Denton Dealer Best Value ( where we purchased) is unable to take trailer
