the website "registermyvehicle.org" actually made it's site to look exactly as the State of Maryland DMV. In fact they capture you while you are searching and send you to their site, which says it IS THE STATE OF MARYLAND DMV! It isn't until AFTER you fork over your credit card number that the red banner appears proclaiming that "Registermyvehicle.org isn't affiliated with nor condoned by the (pick your state) DMV.
